Swing Lets! for Seven Years! 

Swing Lets brings this unique, new to the market holiday purchase for Swinging couples only!! It’s simple and easy to understand, no points or timeshare, just simple holiday ownership for seven years in our custom designed development in Mahmutlar, Turkey.  Swing Lets builds and design our own developments in excellent locations, with on site facilities.

Clients can choose one or two weeks in Seven Residence, on a first come, first served basis. Weeks are available from April 2008 until January 2009. Clients can choose any week/s they want and will be guaranteed their chosen week/s every year for seven years.

The Development

Seven Residence consists of 8 apartments in total, six two bedroom/two bathroom apartments (125m2 including balconies) and two Penthouse suites, located fifteen minutes stroll to the beach and many bars and restaurants. The new Gazipasa airport is a short drive away and the town centre of Alanya is only 15 minutes drive away. On site facilities include large communal pool, ground floor lounge/relaxation area and small onsite shop. There is also a communal rear garden area and the apartments will be tastefully furnished to a high standard.

Seven Residence is already constructed and ready for rentals. Phase II will begin in 2008, advance bookings can now be taken for Seven Residence 2.

When the client has confirmed their choice of weeks, Swing Lets! will then instruct a contract agreement for signature to confirm his choice. At this point a single administration fee of £5,000 (two weeks) or £2,700 (1 week) is payable to Swing Lets! this also covers administration fees for a further seven year period.  A security deposit of £550 is also payable and held in an escrow account to cover any damages to the apartment and its contents. This payment is rolled over to subsequent years if not needed.

The client will pay no maintenance fees and no rental increase guaranteed for the full seven years!

If the client cannot use their chosen weeks they can then sub-let the week/s to any other Swinging couples, again at no further cost to himself. Revenue gained by the sub-letting is kept by the Swing Lets owner, allowing the owner to profit from their rental investment!
