Are we guaranteed our chosen two weeks for seven years?

Yes! When we receive full payment we will confirm your chosen weeks for the full seven year term, a further annual email will be sent in December to confirm the subsequent years arrival date

Can I sub-let my apartment to other Swingers and keep all the income?

Yes! If you cannot use your chosen weeks, you can then sub-let the apartment to other swingers and keep all the rental income received. This enables you to profit from your purchase

Do I have to pay any monthly management fees?

No, there are no monthly management fees, only an annual security deposit to cover tired goods within the apartment.

Will my apartment be fully furnished?

Yes! All apartments are furnished to a high standard and include hand made Turkish furniture, linens, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and utensils.Fully air-conditioned

Is there a pool?

There is an on-site communal pool for the use to swinging residents only.

Can we be picked up from the airport?

Yes! Our luxury bus is available and can be pre-booked in advance for a small carriage charge, we also include refreshments for your enjoyment.

Can I clean my own apartment?

Yes! A cleaning manual is in all apartments with instructions to the standard you must leave the apartment in. We do offer a full cleaning service which you can book at full payment stage, along with the Airport Transfer Service

Why are there only a 160 places available?

7Residence is made up of six normal apartments and two duplex Penthouse apartments, so places are very limited to this amazing offer. We keep our developments exclusive to Swingers!

Can I book a Duplex Penthouse for the seven years?

Yes! Our two Penthouses are available but at a higher booking fee of 6,000 pounds sterling for the full seven year term. They are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with roof top balconies, for those who want that bit extra space to play!
